Commercial Amenities Space

Prime Mechanical performed the mechanical installation to support the construction of a new amenities floor in Manhattan’s Plaza District. Located on the 2nd floor of the building, this project included the installation of two (2) new fan coil units, three (3) exhaust fans, and associated air outlets and grilles to serve the newly developed hospitality space.

Associated trade work included ductwork, piping, low voltage controls, insulation, and system balancing to support proper air distribution and performance of the new mechanical systems.
