For this turnkey project, Prime Mechanical demolished and replaced 17 stories of 6” condenser water risers in a fully occupied Midtown East hotel. With the need to work in common areas, maintaining safety for all hotel guests and hotel employees was paramount. Our team efficiently protected all areas, installed zip walls, and created access to the risers through temporary openings in common corridor walls and ceilings. Coordinating closely with hotel management, we ensured minimal disruption, completing the project within the condensed schedule.
