Condominium Lobby Refresh

Prime Mechanical completed the mechanical installation to support the renovation of two (2) residential lobbies in Nassau County, Long Island. The project, spanning the 1st floor and parking garage, included the installation of six (6) split VRF heat pump systems, associated air outlets and grilles, and electric heaters to provide heating and cooling for the updated lobby spaces.

All associated trade work was managed by the Prime team and included ductwork, piping, new Building Management System (BMS) controls, insulation, and system balancing to ensure proper integration and operation of the new mechanical systems.
