Data Center Expansion

Prime Mechanical completed the mechanical installation to support a future data center expansion in Nassau County, Long Island. The project, spanning the 1st floor and roof of the Building, included the installation of four (4) air-cooled split CRAC units, one (1) PTAC unit, one (1) exhaust fan, and associated air outlets and grilles to provide dedicated cooling capacity for the expanded server infrastructure.

All associated trade work was managed by the Prime team and included ductwork, piping, low voltage controls, insulation, system balancing, and rigging. The installation was executed with precision to ensure proper integration with existing systems while maintaining flexibility for future data center expansion.
