Day School Infrastructure Upgrade

Prime Mechanical completed the mechanical installation to support the replacement of an existing cooling system serving a school in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Located on the roof of the building, the project included the installation of one (1) 250-ton cooling tower, two (2) condenser water pumps, one (1) DOAS unit, four (4) exhaust fans, and three (3) variable frequency drives to provide efficient and code-compliant cooling for the facility.

All associated trade work was managed by the Prime team and included rigging, pipefitting, low voltage controls, insulation, and system balancing to ensure proper integration and performance of the new mechanical systems.
