Downtown Coffee Shop Renovation

Prime Mechanical completed the mechanical installation to support the renovation of a coffee shop in NYC. The project included the installation of two (2) new fan coil units, chilled water main piping replacement, and associated chilled and hot water piping to support the upgraded space.

Additional scope included insulation, Building Management System (BMS) controls, detergent cleaning, and system balancing to ensure proper integration and performance of the new mechanical systems.
