Existing HVAC System Relocation

Prime Mechanical completed a turnkey mechanical installation to support the relocation of core infrastructural systems in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, following the tenant’s vacating of the 4th, 6th, and 7th floors. The project included the installation of one (1) new condenser water pump, the relocation of one (1) existing condenser water pump, modification of existing condenser water risers, and the installation of new overhead condenser water piping to accommodate the system relocation.

All associated trade work was managed by the Prime team and included protection, demolition, pipefitting, insulation, Building Management System (BMS) controls, and system balancing to ensure seamless integration with the remaining building infrastructure.
