Hotel Cooling Tower Replacement

Prime Mechanical completed the turnkey mechanical installation to support the replacement of an existing cooling tower at a hospitality property on Club Row in Midtown Manhattan. The project included the installation of one (1) new 140-ton cooling tower, one (1) new variable frequency drive, and heat tracing to protect critical piping.

All associated trade work was coordinated and managed by the Prime team, including protection, demolition, rigging, pipefitting, low voltage controls, insulation, electrical, and roofing to support the installation and integration of the new system.
