In this extensive mechanical installation, Prime Mechanical partnered with a general contractor to outfit a 70,000 square foot space for a new tenant. Our comprehensive mechanical installation featured twelve (12) rooftop units, sixty-one (61) variable air volume boxes with electric reheat coils, three (3) split systems, two (2) computer room AC units, and eleven (11) exhaust fans. Additionally, a sophisticated building management controls system (BMS) and an extensive network of ductwork, piping, and insulation were implemented, guided by 3D BIM modeling for optimal pre-construction coordination. Working closely with the general contractor, we navigated all challenges to successfully deliver the space with a focus on functionality, aesthetic, and of course, comfort.
