Luxury Retail Space Upgrade

This mechanical installation supported the construction of a new luxury retail store in Midtown East, Manhattan. Spanning the Ground, Mezzanine, and 5th floors, the project included the installation of six (6) VRF heat pump systems, one (1) outside air intake fan, one (1) exhaust fan, three (3) electric duct heaters, one (1) electric unit heater, and associated air outlets and grilles to serve the new retail environment. Through coordinated piping, ductwork, low voltage controls, and air balancing, the new systems integrate seamlessly within the Building infrastructure. All associated trade work, including rigging, pipefitting, ductwork, and insulation, was managed by the Prime team and the project was delivered successfully.
