Server Room Expansion

A turnkey mechanical installation was completed to support the expansion of an existing server room in Manhattan’s Financial District. The project spanned the 32nd floor and roof of the building and was executed under a strict deadline to allow the customer to expand their data center infrastructure in support of upcoming critical initiatives.

The scope included the installation of two (2) air-cooled split CRAC units to provide dedicated cooling for the expanded server environment. Associated trade work included protection, piping, insulation, and low voltage controls to support the installation and operation of the new equipment.
