Supplemental HVAC System Installation

Prime Mechanical completed a turnkey mechanical installation to support the addition of a supplemental air conditioning unit serving an executive office in Manhattan’s Times Square. Located on the 44th floor, the project included the installation of one (1) new packaged water-cooled AC unit along with associated air outlets and grilles to provide dedicated cooling for the office space.

All associated trade work was coordinated by the Prime team and included protection, carpentry, ductwork, piping, insulation, Building Management System (BMS) controls, system balancing, and painting to ensure proper integration and performance of the new mechanical system.
